Lagos State Governor.

Government and Regulatory Affairs, Etisalat Nigeria, Ibrahim Dikko
(left), during a reception for the Lagos State One-Day Cabinet, hosted by
Etisalat Nigeria at its headquarters in Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos.
